I’m Kimberley Gotts, a Leadership Development and Organisational Change Specialist with over 15 years’ experience helping people and businesses thrive. As a licensed Insights Discovery® Practitioner and CIPD-qualified HR Leader, I’ve spent my career shaping culture, developing leaders, and embedding people strategies that drive performance, purpose and growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen that lasting transformation doesn’t come from policies or processes alone. It comes from people. From their awareness, their relationships, and their ability to adapt, lead and evolve in a changing world.
